Questions about tickets & payments
For questions about Booking & Payments (e.g. not being able to pay by card, no booking confirmation), Travel Insurance for the cruise, Legal side of the cruise and booking, Refunds (more information can be found on the Timetravels website or from their customer support directly) and Name Changes (when the ticket is sold to another person, from 20.03 until 02.03 at 23:59): Please contact our partner Timetravels at customerservice@timetravels.fi or using the button below.
For name changes from 03.03.2023 EET until 19.03.2023 23:59 EET: 20€ administrative fee, paid online, more information via this form: https://forms.gle/EoBWYda7aUo3k4rG7
After that, name changes will be done by contacting Pirates of the Baltic Sea directly. See the FAQ for more detailed information.
